Usually I lurk on a forum for-e-ver before I actually post something. Today I go out of my comfort zone. Let's see about me...
I will not need a straight jacket around here, but the occasional behavior modification therapy is useful.
I started writing based on a legacy in Sims 2, but the whole neighborhood corrupted at the beginning of gen 3, so I quit writing for a long time because I became really attached and then they were gone.
Well I found my groove thing in Sims 3 and have a legacy serial called The Goth Chronicles (GC for short). There is no end in sight so it is similar to a soap opera, but without as many characters and centered around the lives of the Goth family in Sunset Valley. GC will end when I don't feel like writing it any more. My other "story" is a legacy with an added challenge, but it is mostly photos with expanded captions that lead to a story-line. I hold votes for that one if you all like voting on things.
I think I am a decent writer, some people think I'm great at writing. Maybe that just depends on my mood and drive. I can pretty much tell you that I'm sure many of you here can put me to shame with writing. If you happen to feel like my stories are reading worthy I love and respond to comments and if something doesn't gel quite right just let me know because chances are I could have been quite distracted while writing and need to fix it.

Woot!!! Zeph thanks for stopping by and not lurking. Behavior modification...We can do that LOL We can do meds.... Or in the more extreme cases electro-shock. Be sure to make a thread for your story under The Sims 3 Stories in the legacy tab. and when you have an update post it here: Story Update That will alert us that there is a new chapter to read. We comment and chit chat about that chapter in your thread. ;D Um what else. We are a friendly bunch and we talk about all sorts of stuff. Feel free to jump in on any discussion. The Directory is a good place to check out to help you get a feel of where things are. Always eat your pudding, it makes life easier. Don't room with JM (Jean-Marie) She's always looking for a new roommate and you have to ask yourself why is it she can't keep one... I'll let you ponder on that one. You'll find that all the doors are locked so once you're here there is no getting out. (just kidding...a little, but not really you're stuck) Anyway hope you enjoy your stay and if you don't eat more pudding and then you will.

Thanks. Quick question... how do I place a banner in the signature. I found the place to update the signature, I just don't know what to put there.

yes that part should be about the same. I have no clue on the avi. You will need someone else to pop in and tell you about that.

Hey there!
About your avatar (the thing on the left where I have a cartoon guy reading a book) that's in the same place as editing your signature. Just above it some and you're supposed to link the picture and pow!
It's going to have to be a certain size I think though.

Hey Zephyr! Welcome! I love your intro and I'm glad you feel comfortable enough not to lurk Jazen gave you the rundown pretty much so I'm looking forward to seeing your story up in the Sims 3 section soon! Now you may have noticed when you entered the "No" before "Vacancy" was lit...that's mostly because we run a tight ship and never let anyone out. So while the rooms may be full, the basement can hold plenty (just ask Jem, she's a usual guest room down there...not pretty). All pained screams and terrified yells will be answered at the end of each business day, except holidays. And the pill cart comes around 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and midnight. If you miss it once then you get the chair. Welcome to RWN! Enjoy your stay! 100x100 is the avatar size. If you're still having trouble with it just PM me the pic and I'll get it on there for you

Welcome Zephyr! I remember the first thing I did when I got Sims 3 was to re-create my Goth Family from Sims 2 (which by that point had gotten up to Cassandra's grand-daughter Isabella taking over). They do have a way of getting to you.

Welcome to the fun house. You can call me Kiddo, Rated PG or Paula whatever your little heart desires.
